Throughout her career, she has cared for patients in family and primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management, correctional healthcare, telehealth, and behavioral and psychiatric health settings. As both an FNP and PMHNP, she brings a whole-person perspective to psychiatric care, recognizing the important connection between physical health and mental well-being.

At ClearPath, Taronza provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults through both in-person and telepsychiatry appointments. She evaluates and treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.

Taronza understands that choosing a mental health provider is personal. Whether you are seeking mental health care for the first time, have tried treatment before without finding the right fit, or simply know that something needs to change, you deserve a provider who will listen. Taronza takes time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, discuss your treatment options, and work with you to develop an individualized plan of care.

At ClearPath, you are more than a diagnosis, and your voice matters in your treatment. You do not have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Sometimes the first step is simply starting the conversation.

When you're ready, Taronza is here to meet you where you are and help you find your ClearPath to better mental health. Reserve an appointment.

Lorena Robison is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of nursing experience. Her diverse healthcare background includes dialysis, critical care, clinical education, healthcare leadership, and patient advocacy. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Across the Lifespan from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.

Lorena provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She evaluates and treats a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, panic attacks, grief, insomnia, and behavioral concerns.

Her approach to mental health care is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. In addition to evidence-based psychiatric treatment, Lorena considers factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, physical activity, stress management, and overall physical well-being when developing an individualized plan of care.

Lorena's passion for behavioral health grew from years of caring for patients experiencing both complex medical conditions and emotional challenges. While working as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Instructor, she frequently supported dialysis patients experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, PTSD, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. These experiences inspired her to further her education and specialize in psychiatric mental health care.
